Be sure to state exactly what you will and won't work on, be sure to state if you do refunds or not, if you have any people you won't make stuff for (puppykickers as a example) be sure to say you won't accept commissions from them.
Maybe leave a link to some of your best pieces or put the pics right in the post.
Also this isn't essential but be sure to pay yourself a reasonable amount for what you're making, consider looking up the minimum hourly wage in your state or country and working off that.
